♥ my F1 experience!
Welcome to Singapore!, Formula One FIRST night race! Hoooray!!
haha. tt was wad we were supposed to say to this UK reporter on day 2 of the race.. so dumb but fun and dearie unknowingly became our spokesperson and gave his feeling on Singpore's F1 race. =)
Day 1's crowd was so-so only. The grandstands were rather empty too. Met up with teoteo and neo but went separate ways as they wanted to find a good spot to take photos with their powerful cameras unlike mine.. digital cam only. =( So me and dearie walked to a few places to recce for good spots to stand for the qualifying race. But sad to say.. din managed to find any. Most of them were straight routes around esplanade and padang area. Straight routes are boring and the cars drive damn fast ard there. So it's rather pointless to stand there, but since it's day 1.. hehhee.. didn't matter. and since it's day 1 again, we were so unprepared that we did not buy any ear plugs. My eardrums were on the verge of bursting i swear! with the times the cars zoomed passed us. ROARS. so freaking loud and each time the cars approached my heart jumped! IT'S JUST SO EXCITING although it's only practice. =)
Day 2's crowd got better probably cuz it's qualifying. Met up with teoteo and neo again at ard 8pm. hahhaa. Was not feeling well in the afternoon so me and dearie opted to give up watching practice session 3. teoteo and neo managed to find a good spot for photo-taking as well as viewing! haha. it's a bend near the singapore flyer. =) but the bad thing was that there was no screen there. So it ended up with us just watching the cars zoom pass but not knowing which cars qualify fastest.
Day 3's crazy!! the atmostphere was so good, the weather was good but super humid, the company was good too. hehehe. needless to say. =) Found another good spot, with a big screen this time round. We stood near the floating bay and it's also a bend! HOORAY! but teoteo and neo still wanted to take awesome pictures so they went back to the flyer area. =( I STOOD FOR 6.5 FREAKING HOURS. my legs really wanna gave way. so pain lah! plus i literally squeezed my way thru to stand right infront, in between two smelly guys. hahahaha. but of cuz, everything was worth it! Leon and Xueli came along but they didn't managed to squeeze their way in.
The drivers presentation was great! with them on the vintage cars. oh man! i wished i have one of those. and yayy! i saw hamilton and massa. =) woosh! *waves!! and very soon after that, the first ever night race began! No doubt that the route was bumpy and minimal overtaking could take place but each time a car overtakes, the crowd cheered! i just love the people. hahahaha. i feel so sad for ferrari but nahhh i'm not a ferrari fan. hehehe. i'm hamilton fan but that doesn't mean i'm a mcLarens fan. i like ferrari cars. hmmm.. so wad am i? i conclude i'm a ferramilton fan! =) anyway.. just thought that it was a pity the crash wasn't at my bend. bleah.. so evil of me but heh.. but the crowd also went oooohhhhhh!! ahhhhhhh!!
and at the end of the long long 61lap, Fernando Alonso of Renault won... with my hamilton at position 3. oh wells! still feel happy. =) and yeah.. i'm officially a F1 fan now!
Next year, i'll be back to watch, next time with a grandstand ticket! =)

haven really been updating much. =X. was busy chiong-ing my drama and i finally finished it yest. yayy! It's day 5 of recess week and i haven't done much studying., or rather i haven't studied at all. crap!
Monday
Headed to JB with the MS Peepz. =) Was an enjoyable day spent with them. 70RM on food food and so much food. ate so much that i felt like puking. Caught the movie pathology and it was so gruesome and disgusting.. but it cost us only 6RM with us flashing our singapore student pass. hahaha! and the lady at the counter actually asked if the passes have expired. SEE LAH! zhijian! u are the culprit! OVERAGED. =_='
Tues and Wed
MY CAR BROKE DOWN!! and i have no idea whyyyyyy! =( msged alvinyou for help cuz i dunno wad to do. hahahaha. but he dun seemed to really help much other than telling me i have to find another car to jump start my car. zzz! so i called my uncle for help and he was nice enough to drop by in the evening to change the batt. =) and vrooomm!!
Spent my time doing a little bit on FYP and met the stupid FYP prof whom pissed me off with his attitude. I just can't stand pple who dun listen. Is it that hard? I just wanna put my point across to you and u have to keep interrupting me with non-relevant stuff. ROARS.
matlab is driving me a little nuts cuz i dunno where to start. and i'm so dead cuz i needa hand in my proposal next week. =(
feels weird seeing myself complaining abt FYP when in the past, i used to be the one consoling and encouraging my frens who were doing their FYP. But i can't seem to find the motivation to do it myself now. final year student really sucks.. thank god i have these grp of frens to keep me going. thankew MS Peepz. =) i really can't wait for our grad trip. i missed those travelling days. Just so free and easy and nothing to worry abt.
Decided to do a little singing on wed nite, headed to kbox with pighead and dearie. $18++ per person totalled up to $27.70 per person. SO BLOODY EXPENSIVE. argh!!
Thurs
the car felt like SAUNA! i have no idea why the aircon was down. =( i was driving and sweating at the same time. the feeling totally sucks! ROARS. i felt so suffocated even though the window was wind down.
Met up with zhijian, aaron, huifen and sinyee for a drink at this german restaurant at vivocity. love the sausages, the beer and the company! =)
topic was interesting too!! hahhahaa. shall discuss this another time here. *grins
oh and i whined to them abt the aircon in my car.. and guess wad! i was supposed to press the button AC which means aircondition. WAHAHAHAHA. so dumb of me.. so i concluded.. other than driving i know nothing else abt the car. i needa start learning so when i have my own car i'll know wad to do. =)
felt so happy that i managed to catch the last bus home and yayy! no money spent on midnight charges on the stupid cab.
F1 practice in the day!. let's hope it'll be an enjoyable day.

♥ mid-autumn @ chinese garden
wEeeee! had a fun time at chinese garden with dearie! was really a great way to spend our monthsary too. =)
The theme for this year's mid-autumn was hello kitty.. not my fav. character though.. thus i din really take much photos with the kitty.. but rather the other characters. hahaha.. love the lights and decorations and the whole environment. Lots of children running around with their lanterns as well as this doggy balloon where the doggie appeared to be walking together with the kids. SO DAMN CUTE! i really wanted to get that balloon but but but i'm a little embarassed to do so. heh.. and the thought of travelling in the mrt with the doggie balloon was just so .... -__-'''

♥ guest appearance!
I finally met up with bestie and my gay buddy. hahahaa.. with a guest appearance of MR ANG ENGLONG! who got sucked into the virtual world of warcraft. 
so glad we could meet up.. and you better have more human physical interaction instead of camping infront of your computer 24/7..
Went for dinner at Waraku Pasta!
somehow.. i just love the food there.. hehehe. with so many many many pastas to choose from. (although i admit the serving is rather small) and their super thin sliced pizzas! *drools..

the previous entry was erm i dunno...
anyway.. when lessons got so bored.. we started to gossip and doodle things and tried to be nosy in some stupid things.

let's talk abt happy things.
jasmine doesn't like to have sad issues on her blog.
last week was rather fruitful for me cuz i attended most of my classes. reason being cuz i went home instead of staying in school. dear's room is infected with a very contagious disease called the 'sleeping disease'. Anyone who sleeps there will just not wake up for lessons. And i actually woke up at 4pm on one of those days. CRAP! i can't believe myself either. like who the hell will sleep till that time. omfg.. and going home was really a good idea cuz i get to watch SCV, i get to sleep with junior and i go for classes. =)
I felt so proud that i actually went to class with breakfast, and it was a rather sumptuous meal! haha with fatmunk bringing us muffins! and i just love banana walnut muffins! so YUMMY! =)
and fyi, these muffins are sold at tanjong pagar plaza, the shop name is chocolat n' spice.. (i think) it's really nice!!

anyway.. went for sakae buffet with dearie last week.. and i'm so proud that i managed to force him to eat these green monsters. HAHAHAHA. all i did was looked at him, gave him an ultra sad face and said 'you dun love me' =(

then we had supper. like wah lau... i felt damn guilty after that.

the more she puts in into a r/s, the more scared she gets.
at the same time she wants to protect herself but end up being unreasonable and not understanding.
all it needs is one person to trigger the whole horrible experience she had.
and this pain is really killing her.
she tried putting it away, but it haunts her so much at times.
becuz it just reminds her of how much hurt a person can get once she falls too deep into a r/s.
the hurt is so painful that she doesn't want to experience it again..
she's losing faith, in herself..
the future seems so bleak for her now..
she trusts her guy, but she doesn't trust others.
some things happen for a reason but she doesn't know the reason for that bad experience
she knows that the incident happened 5 yrs ago and she needs to move on,
but she is afraid.
afraid of history repeating itself.
she needs to be more trusting
she needs to cross the barrier in her
she needs to believe in herself
she needs to believe in the r/s
and most imptly, she needs to believe her guy...
she knows her guy loves her
she knows her guy cares for her
she knows her guy is being tolerating and understanding
but sometimes that one bad experience is enough to haunt her for life.
it's not going to be an easy journey for her,
but she will try..
for she loves her guy more then anything else, now.
