i bet NTU is famous now for what had happened yest. and yes i'm shocked that this kinda stuff actually happened right here in my sch. EEEEEwweks! it's really freaky. But i'm really very interested to find out what actually happened. I read lots of online articles but i guessed it'll be hard to find out the truth now that the guy's dead and we are only left with a one-sided comment from the prof.

A few of us gossiped about the incident.. and we came up with a few reasons.

1. the guy's having some mental prob.

2. the prof is being too harsh on him.. u know how some profs are like. ESP FYP profs. they can be quite idiotic at times, niao-ing you at the simplest things and bringing you down making u feel like u have done nothing right at all. ( it can be very frustrating at times)

3. the prof wanted him to change his FYP topic. (ok this is dumb)

4. As he is a bright student, he'll probably set expectations for himself to score an A for his FYP, but his prof told him that with what he has done.. A is no where in sight.

i feel sorry for him but then again... at the same time, i'm amazed that many people are actually making a joke outta it... Even the other profs..

But profs do beware... the FYP period is a crazy time for us students. Sometimes it'll be good to mind your words and be tactful with what you say instead of making us so stressed up. i think the next time i visit my prof, i'll probably need to go thru some scan ( like those in the airport), to make sure i'm not bringing in anything dangerous to his office. and i bet at this point of time, most profs are also feeling scared over what had happened.

i hope the truth will be out soon.
