♥ TGIF
YAYY! it's FRIDAY! =) the 13th... *shivers
some updates:
11th june:
celebrated our 16th month at botak jones. *yummmmilicious. =P we decided to walk there and walk home after dinner. (to make ourselves feel better after eating so much) and we climbed the stairs to my house tt's on the 24th storey. WOOTS. a very healthy lifestyle indeed.
yah, right...
12th june:
sleepy day. slept too late the night before that i ended up dozing off on my desk TWICE! rarr.. Evon always laughed at me for doing so.. boo! but it's really boring and my eyes are freaking tired cuz of the long hours on the lappie. i hope it doesn't affect my eyesight.
Lunch was great! had a farewell celebration for this wonderful colleague called Mr Tham. He started in the company in 1973 and after 35 years of work, he decided it's time for retirement. i thought so too.. *kudos to him for being able to work in one company for so long. simply unbelievable. 3 cheers for his loyalty and his amazing maritime knowledge. I really enjoyed the short session i had with him when i first got here. =) ANyway.. the highlight was the lunch!! The buffet was totally awesome. ( i learned this from uncle dragon and alvin you!) Buffet with salmon, sushi, prawns is like whoaaa!! the prawns were so yummy but i decided not to portray my side of an ugly singaporean kiasu-ness. *hrmpf...my prawns... =(
still, i hope he enjoys his retirement!
Headed to get some stuff for seniors camp after work. Retail therapy is really good, esp after a tired day at work. but
retail therapy without $$ sucks, so i'm not gonna do it again.
TODAY!!
YAYY. it's seniors camp! feels that it is rather early this time round. i wonder if everybody is prepared. *hmmm...
anyway, i hope i survive cuz i haven been exercising for some time.. i dun think i can run. =(
maybe i'll roll instead.. i think it's much faster!
gonna place my butt on a bicycle AGAIN.. seriously, after bike rally, you wun feel like cycling again anymore... arghhh another 43km. GREAT!
may the camp turn out well. it's my last one already. =)
to end off.. i'm happy! cuz i just received another tuition assignment and i'm gonna teach my fav subject! MATHS. *smiles! and best of all.. it's the same rate as my previous one.
actually.. i'm kinda sad tt i no longer teach my korean kid cuz they shifted house. bahh.. and i think he misses me too cuz he was on the verge of tears when i went to his house to collect my pay last week. for once, i felt appreciated and suddenly teaching seems fullfilling afterall..
NIE after i grad?
