Anyway.. me, Yeiling and Mr Lie went up to the Alps on the day we were supposed to leave for Munich. Yea.. kinda sacrifice 1 day in Munich to go up to the alps instead, cuz i really wished to see those snowy mountains. it always looked beautiful in photos. The trip up was horribly long cuz we had to change to 3 different cable cars to bring us up. Was kinda scary though cuz the journey up was a freaking steep one! and i hate heights. and Mr Lie was kind enough to make me feel worst by shaking the cable car! arghhhh. (so now u know why ur fugly photo is up here)

the first cable car up could only take a max. of 6 passengers, and the world is small.. we had a singaporean couple with us. =)
so cheers to singapore!

* this was the 2nd cable car we took. i think it can take up to 40 over peeps? i dunno.. but it look scary.. haha..

The 3rd cable car that brought us to the top was a 360 rotating one. it has this platform inside the cable car that rotates so we get to see the surrounding sceneries without moving ard in the confine area. smart peeps who came up wif this idea.

after we've reached the top, we went thru this ice-cave before heading out to see the alps. so freaking cold inside.

We finally set our foot out in the snow. =) hmm not that snowy actually.. it was more of ICE.. couldn't walk properly cuz it was so slippery.. so i'll take that as not my first snow encounter. i'm still waiting to see snow coming down. -hrmp-

* Mr Snowman and me! oh.. i'm above the clouds! see those white puffy thing behind me!! it look like cotton candy that is white.. yummy!

* magnificent views!! i'm loving every single sight of it.

We went to sat this ice flyer that brought us down and up to see those ice glaciers. i freaked out when the ride suddenly stopped and we were hanging in mid-air fer at least 2 mins. i dun think it was meant to be like this.. probably some malfunction of the machines? roar! it doesn't feel good hanging there wif Mr Lie on the same chair as us, cuz he was a meanie!

It was such a pity that glacier park was closed. i would have gone sliding down mountains in those rubber tyre! too bad..

After the ride we started our cam whoring session... not between ourselves but between Lucky, Tootie and Chipy. hahahaaa.. we brought them up with us! Lucky belongs to Jieying and Tootie is Huifen's rat. Chipy is mineee!!!! too bad Munkie is in sg.. =(

So the 3 of us looked like some weirdos, placing our toys ard, taking photos and laughing at all the stupid things we've done. We are being stared at by the tourist but we can't be bothered by them. hahaaa.. we were having too much fun.

Anyway after 2 hrs on the top, it was time fer us to leave cuz the bus doesn't wait. So we had to go down by the same way we came up. haha.. yea.. another 3 cable cars down. This time round, i felt the dropping feeling each time the car passes a post. eeek. i hate tt kinda feeling. its like those drops in a roller coaster. boo!

the trip back to Zurich train station took about an hr plus. We stopped by this city called Lucerne. i think it looked more like a town than a city. Walked around looking fer souveniors! and i bought a spongebob sigg bottle fer my bro. haa.. sigg bottles in switz is cheap! After an hour there we headed back to the main train station to catch the last train to Munich. =)
