♥ last of 2008!
It's the last day of 2008! Time to do some reflections and set new resolutions for 2009. =)
2008 was a not so bad year for me.
1. Lessons in school were much more interesting and fun becoz of the exchange i went and the newly formed MS Peepz. =)
2. Brought little junior into my life and it's really nice to have him around in the house!
3. Attachment really bored the hell outta me but at the same time it made me realised that i'm very much not suited to work in an office environment. This also gave me a wake up call that i should start my search in finding what i really wanna do when i grad.
4. Went back to SU 15 as GL and i must say it's a very different experience i've got from being an ABL. =) My co. will be the first and last best co i'll ever have. Although my group is somewhat not what i've expected but i'm still glad we went through 7 good days. Thanks Pingwei, Velvet and Music.
5. Year 4 sem 1 went past in a flash. The only relieve i've got was the results i saw on the screen 2 days ago. =)
6. Dear and me had a great year too and there's nothing more i can ask for. =) Appreciate every single thing u've done and having you around is the best thing in my life.

Some resolutions set for 2009
1. Save up enough money to go Aussie with dearie.
2. Grad with an honours at least. (although 3rd class is not something to be proud of)
3. Hope that Junior and my family will all be as healthy as ever ( i dunno if this is a resolution! hahaha. but i'll try to keep them healthy! )
4. Be a nice gf to dearie. =)
5. Find a job that i like or rather know what i really want to do in the future. (i'm still quite lost here)
6. Have a smooth sailing r/s with dearie.
7. More victories for XV softball team.
8. Make everyone around me happy! and of coz be happy myself! *smiles

Just want everyone to be happy, forget the past and move on. =)
2009 will also mark the end of my studying life, unless i decide to go to NIE or further my studies which is not very likely. But nonetheless... i'll miss school life, miss the freedom and say hello to worklife.

♥ girl's nite out!
Met up wif the girls last monday for dinner at Essential Blues Brews at Holland V. The food there is yummy! =) Shall head back there soon.. with dearie. =P

That aside.... softball trainings was fun but tiring... Really hope our hardwork will pay off on sat.
Result's out and it's my best one in 7 sems with only 1 B as my lowest. =)
i know i shouldn't be greedy and i should be satisfied with what i've got.
but still... i can't help but to regret screwing up my year 1 modules.
Right now, i'm left with 1 last sem.
After much calculations... even if i aced all 3 modules and my fyp...
i'm still in 3rd class...
grawhhhh...
IF i had studied harder.. i'm very sure i'll be within the 2nd lower range.

Belated Merry Christmas and Boxing Day! =)

I finally spent my first Christmas with dearie! but i kinda missed my white christmas that i had last year at Norway. Just so lovely...

ANyway.. finally met up with MS Peepz for a Xmas party at Sher's place! and yes.. it's another BBQ for me! my 3rd one to be exact! YUCKS. Had so much fun playing heart attack and daidee which ended up with fatmunk getting injured by seb's long fingernails! hahahhaa. Gift exchange was fun too! =) Got a big box of chocs from Melia. yummy!

Christmas eve was spent with dearie and his family at their chalet at aloha loyang with all his uncles, aunties and cousins. on tt very fateful night... i lost $42 in mahjong.. =( and got myself so bloated while playing daidee thru the night with his cousins, sis and bf cuz we drank freaking hell lots of water as forfeit. grwahhh...
We took the first shuttle bus outta aloha and headed back to dearie's place to nap. Then in the evening, it was dearie's turn to come for my christmas dinner with my family and cousins. hahahhaa. Had a chaotic dinner at jack's place cuz my dad ordered so much food! Headed to the bowling alley after that and everyone had a good laugh at how my small cousins and dearie bowled. =) finally a game i can win him! wahahhahahaa. =P

loving every bit of softball now and i actually went down to watch the guy's match today at 9am.
and yayy! both teams are in for quarters! really hoped we can go far.. the girl's team esp have the potential to do so since i'm the only one graduating. HAHAHAHA. tt's how young the team is. =) anyway.. more trainings coming up! and i'm so looking forward to it!

♥ happenings. =)
Been softballing for the past few days. Won our first match against hall 13 thrashing them 19-2 but we lost to hall 3 today by just one run. =( final runs, 12-13. ARGHHHHHHHH!!! tt's means we'll have to play hall 13 again and we must must must get into quarters.. cuz i think we deserve tt place there.

Had my primary school gathering today! Still as fun as ever and i'm really thankful for this bunch of wonderful friends who made my pri sch life so interesting and fun. New faces for the gathering are dearie and Lional (Shuz bf) cuz they missed the previous steamboat gathering we had at teoteo's place.
Thanx wenrui and wenwei for letting us use ur place. hehehee. maybe the next gathering at mine? =P Had pressie exchange! and teoteo got my piggy door stopper, syaza got dearie's adidas towel, i got elane's bottle of bird's nest and dearie got eeghim's $15 borders gift card. woohoo. so fun! =)

♥ busy busy busy very busy!
wOOhoooo! just got back from softball training! =)
Gonna be super busy next week. I'm just so crazy killing myself with all these activities and some pple are asking me why i still wanna chup in hall stuff when i'm alrdy in my final year....
The only reason i have for myself doing so is because this will be my last time doing all these before i grad and i wun have a chance to play like this when i start working... so why not do it now to prevent myself from regretting the next time.
Final and crucial match tml for netball tml against hall 12. Hopefully we can win but 4 of our key players are not ard. hmmm... jiayou netball girls!! =)
anyway on a side note.. i met up with yiwei today! and we are going to plan for a Nan Hua 10 years anniversary. wOoohoo.. so exciting! 2009 marks the 10th Year since i've graduated from secondary school and i really missed my sec sch days. There's only 3 express classes (yes i know it's damn pathetic) but everyone knew each other and we always had chalets planned for all 3 classes. It's really time to catch up, and Yiwei! we'll make this happen together!! but first.. we need to form our committee. hahhahhaa. 2 person do will die! =D
tml's sports club alumni gathering... and i'm not going cuz i'll be watching Andy Lau's concert with........................................ my parents.
Kinda regretted that i included myself when i bought the tickets for my parents. arghhhh should just let them go on a date.
Maybe i should pop by at butterfac after the concert???
haven't seen all the sports club pple and the laojiaos for some time and i think alot of pple from 15th comm will be going too... boooo =(

♥ my holidays..
gosh. i can't believe how i spent my holiays. i nua-ed like nobody's business and i feel damn guilty abt it. i sleep at 5am for the past week and wake up close to 2pm almost everyday. i was so lazy that i did not went for netball and softball training... until yest! i had to be down for softball cuz we had a friendly match against 14.. and i really need training. hahhahaa. been a month since my last softball training. so i AM going to turn up for training tml afternoon. a freaking SATURDAY afternoon. =(
anyway.. i've been camping and hibernating at home since exams ended. watching all my shows on my new lappie! *SMILES. yesyesyes! i'm typing away on my new toshiba lappie. love the graphics love the sound! so much better than my old one. hahahhaa. Went SITEX twice last week and managed to convince my dad to get me a new one. tee-hee! toshiba rocks! =D i love my lappie!
other than SITEX fair... the next time i was out was on Monday when me and von baby went down to studio wu to sign up for our dance class. baby can't make it for girls hip hop so we are left with street jazz.. but the class is full... so we headed down to o'school to take a look at the place. Their course only starts in jan next year.. so yeap. still waiting for studio wu to call us. else i think we will just go for the one at o'school. Went timbre to meet joel, jiade and jasper for dinner and some beer. The pizza was yummy! duck pizza. hahhahaa. it tasted just like peking duck. Shall head back there again next time. =)
Tuition finally started on tues! i'm so in need of money due to my horrible online shopping addict during the exam period. =( no more online shopping till eerm.. i find something i like. hahhahahaa! still in the search for my vest! argh.
Finally met up with Velvet yest after close to 250 threads on facebook!! Din had full attendance though.. cheryl and max was missing but it was a good meet up. =) Had lunch at the HK cafe at cine, took neoprints!!! and watch BOLT after tt. i love rhino! tt fat cute hamster... but sadly.. i kinda dozed off in between the show cuz i was kinda exhausted after my softball friendly in the morning.. so i might watch it again. heh. We walked down orchard road and finally settled at taka's starbucks for a drink and chatted till 9 plus before we parted. Slept my way thru on the bus ride home...
i really get tired easily nowadays.. haiz.. signs of being old.. =( turning 23 in 55 days. ARGHHHHHHHH! feel like going mambo but the thought of queueing and squeezing turns me off. and i dun think i have stamina to last thru the nite like when i was younger. hahaha.
Went to Expo AGAIN today to collect my race pack for stand chart. Sad to say.. i decided to give up my run due to lack of training and no motivation. Kinda disappointed with myself too.. but oh wells. but i have another thing to look forward to! Junior's first obedience class on sunday! i hope it will be fun!! =)
Next week will be another busy week cuz dear evil friend is back and tt means.. i have to start on my FYP. argh. i just hate it!! 4 christmas party to look forward to... i hope it's fun!
